Refer-a-Friend Cash Reward Program

Invite friends to earn up to $380 USD in cash rewards.

01 General Terms

1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to the Refer-a-Friend Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Program"). By applying to participate in the Program, the client agrees to comply with all the rules set forth below.The Platform is the provider of this Program and reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time without prior notice or explanation.

   
   

2. Any terms not expressly defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Platform’s Product Disclosure Statement or Client Agreement.

02 Eligibility

The Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer this Program to clients who meet all of the company's account opening requirements (hereinafter referred to as "Eligible Clients"). Eligible Clients must satisfy the following conditions:

1. Complete all account registration information and maintain an active account with the Platform (the "Account");

2. Be at least 18 years of age;

3. If a referee (the invited friend) participates in the Program via an invitation, they shall be bound by the relevant requirements regarding opening a live account and completing identity verification on the Platform.

03 Program Rules

Program Workflow

1. Navigate to the "Invite Friends" program page to obtain your exclusive referral link or referral QR code.

2. Share the referral link with friends via social media or direct communication.

3. The referee must successfully register an account using your referral link.

4. Within 14 days of successful registration, the referee must complete an initial deposit of no less than $50 USD and execute any 3 trades (positions must be held for at least 3 minutes to be counted toward the standard trading volume).

Reward Structure

Each referrer may invite an unlimited number of friends during the Program Period. However, rewards are limited to the first 10 referees who successfully complete the initial deposit of no less than $50 USD and execute any 3 trades. Referrers can earn a cumulative maximum reward of $380 USD.

Reward Distribution

1. Bonuses earned by the referrer during the Program Period will be displayed on the program page once the conditions are met.

2. After the referrer clicks to claim the bonus, the Platform staff will review the claim within 10 working days.

3. Upon approval, the bonus will be automatically credited to the Eligible Client's account balance. Once received, the bonus can be used for trading or withdrawn directly (the referrer must complete identity verification).

Rewards will fail the audit and will not be approved under the following circumstances:

1. Multiple registrations detected from the same IP address;

2. Duplicate or similar account information (such as email addresses, phone numbers, or IP addresses);

3. Exploitation of the Program’s low entry barriers to fraudulently obtain rewards;

4. Acquisition of rewards through automated or unlawful means.


Please Note:

Trades executed by referees using high-leverage accounts or cent accounts will not be included in the valid trade count.

Platform agents/introducing brokers (IBs) are not eligible to participate in this Program.

04 Legal Disclaimer

1. This Program is only available in specific countries/regions. Participants must be eligible to open an account in the designated countries/regions to participate; otherwise, their participation will be deemed void.

Applicable countries are subject to the Platform's internal policies and may change from time to time. Participants are advised to consult the Customer Service team before participating.

2. The Platform shall not be held liable for any trading losses incurred as a result of this Program, which remain the independent trading decisions of the client. The Platform is the sole arbitrator of this Program. Any disputes or situations not covered by these Terms will be resolved by the Platform's management in a manner deemed most equitable to all stakeholders, and such decisions shall be final and binding upon all parties.

3. Rewards obtained by clients may be used to offset negative balances, margin calls, or any other outstanding debts arising from the client's trading activities.

4. If any abuse, non-compliant trading, or irregular manipulation is detected during the Program Period—including exploiting system vulnerabilities, bugs, glitches, or defects; using fake identities, automated means, or other illicit methods to obtain rewards, promotions, or benefits (if any); securing profits outside the normal scope of trading; or violating the Client Agreement or Product Disclosure Statement—the Platform reserves the absolute right to revoke or terminate your trades, disqualify the client from the Program, and reclaim any distributed bonuses. All obligations of the Platform under this Program shall subsequently be voided.

5. If, at any time, any provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, neither the legality, validity, or enforceability of the remaining provisions nor the legality, validity, or enforceability of such provision under the law of any other jurisdiction shall in any way be affected or impaired.
