01 General Terms
The following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to the New User Campaign rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign"). By applying to participate in this Campaign, the client agrees to abide by all the rules listed below. The Platform is the provider of this Campaign and reserves the right to modify or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice or explanation.
Any terms not explicitly defined within these rules shall refer to the definitions of relevant terms in the Platform's Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) or Client Agreement.
02 Eligibility
The Platform will, at its sole discretion, offer this Campaign to clients who meet all of our account opening requirements (hereinafter referred to as "Eligible Clients"). Eligible Clients must meet the following criteria:
1. Complete all account opening information and hold an active account with the Platform (the "Account");
2. Be 18 years of age or older.
03 Campaign Rules
1. Campaign Period: From 2026-05-12 until further notice (Long-term).
2. Campaign Rewards:
Complete Mobile Verification: 30 USD
Complete Email Verification: 20 USD
Complete Identity Verification (KYC): 20 USD
Complete Initial Deposit: 30 USD
The Campaign is valid for 14 days from the date of successful registration (the exact validity period shown on the Campaign page shall prevail).
1. Upon completing the initial deposit and reaching a cumulative trading volume of 5 lots, the 100 USD reward will become available for claim (limited to Commodities only).
2. After clicking the "Claim" button, the system will automatically credit the 100 USD reward to your account balance. The reward can be used for trading or withdrawn directly.
3. Only trading orders held for a minimum of three (3) minutes will count towards the Campaign statistics; trading orders with 500x/1000x leverage are excluded from the calculations.
4. The tracking period for trading orders is 14 days after the completion of the initial deposit.
5. This Campaign is only open to specific countries/regions. Participants must be eligible to open an account in an eligible country/region to participate; otherwise, the participation will be deemed invalid. Applicable countries are subject to the Platform's internal policies and may change from time to time. You are advised to consult with the Customer Service team before participating.
6. This Campaign is not affiliated with Apple Inc.
04 Legal Disclaimer
1. The Platform shall not be held responsible for any trading losses resulting from this Campaign, which are solely the client's independent trading decisions. The Platform is the sole arbitrator of this Campaign. Any disputes or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by the Platform's management in a manner it deems fairest to all stakeholders, and such decisions shall be final and binding on all parties involved.
2. The rewards received by the client may be used to offset any negative balance in their trading account, fulfill margin calls, or settle any other outstanding balances arising from the client's trading activities.
3. If any abuse, irregular trading, or manipulative operations are detected during the Campaign period—including exploiting any loopholes, errors, bugs, or defects of the Platform's campaign to defraud rewards, or obtaining any rewards, offers, or other benefits (if any) through identity fraud, automated means, or other illegal methods, as well as obtaining any profits beyond the scope of normal trading, or engaging in any conduct that violates the Client Agreement, Product Disclosure Statement, or other legal disclosure documents—the Platform's obligations under this Campaign will be revoked.
4. If at any time, under the laws of any jurisdiction, any provision or part of a provision within these Terms is or becomes illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in any respect, it shall not affect or impair the legality, validity, or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms in that jurisdiction, nor shall it affect or impair the legality, validity, or enforceability of such provision in any other jurisdiction.
